Its a bit tricky to find, but just follow the signs. We ate Chricken Breast and Jumbo Shrimp in garlic butter and cream sauce. Great food, service, and atmosphere. The view of Castries is just fantastic!

While visiting St.Lucia this past week, we were able to locate this most delightful restaurant. The setting is tranquil, the food well prepared and tasty. That being said the resident artist Michelle Elliot is extremely talented and makes a visit to her restaurant and studio a most memorable one.

A lovely old plantation house with great local specialties and an incredible view of the Castries Harbor from one of the highest points on the island. The owner makes beautiful pottery and the restaurant is filled with her work from the charger plates to the flower pots to the hangings on the wall. We left satisfied and with lovely souvenirs of St. Lucia to take with us.

We have been visiting St. Lucia since 2001. We are constantly looking for new places to eat and enjoy. We love good food and sometimes that's hard to find on a Caribbean island. We had heard about the Pink House last year because we love the pottery that the owner (Michelle Elliott) creates but we never ventured there because we thought it would be too long of a ride. DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE. Take the drive it is worth it. Like I said, we love food and have had some good food and some great food (and my husband is a fantastic cook). After we were done eating my proclaimed it to be the best lunch he ever had. I started with an incredible pumpkin soup. The rolls (more like sweet donuts if you ask me) were to die for. I had a lovely salad and my husband had a wonderfully prepared rib eye meal. There was plenty of food.

The service was spectacular and the view over Castries is something else. A must is to check out the St. Lucian pottery on site.

Make this a must visit.

We had 30+ people for a wedding, and it was a fantastic venue. Great Service, good local food, and great view, also has a big porch in case it rains, which it did.
