The menu was limited but I like that...i had an asparagus appetizer that was tasty followed by pasta with truffels it was very fresh & light...they made a special pasta dish for my son who likes plain pasta...it was so yummy he asked to go back.

“Fantastic wine, meh service”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 17, 2012

First off, in my opinion, come here for a great glass of wine and perhaps some tapas, but NOT for dinner. Dinner menu extremely limited. DH had the coq au vin and I wound up with a giant brick of pate, thinking it would be more of a mixed plate. Not exactly. Our server was not particularly friendly, which was a rarity on St. Barth. Also you are sort of in the middle of a shopping area, so it isn't very private. It's great for a drink, and decent for tapas on St. Barth, especially if you had a late lunch. It is a great location in the middle of St. Jean though, just for a glass of great wine.

“Cute little place in ST Jean”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2012

If you like cheese, meats, good bread and high quality, simple foods, this bistro is a great bet.
We came here one night a week before high season and really enjoyed our meal. The wine was excellent. I had their green tea with jasmine and mint, which was really different and very tasty. For dinner, my husband and I split a coq au vin--it was so good-- the meat fell of the bone. We split our plates and it turned out to be reasonable compared to other meals at different restaurants on the island.
