If you want to drop some money and be entertained this is the place for you. We visited on a Sunday, they have a DJ, day drinking and a loose dress code (you can be dressed or in modest beach cover up). The food is great. They have rotisserie chicken ready to go. I feel like getting a bottle of wine/champagne was economical to share. In the area where we sat, there was no air circulation, no beach breeze. They have paper fans ready for you. You can walk on or off the beach. We had early reservations around 1 PM and left around 3:30PM.. They didn't rush us (island time) but the next shift of day partiers was ready to take over as we were leaving.

The sushi was off the charts, service amazing. Fantastic tunes and vibe. Absolutely love this place. Recommend to have a reservation for sure. Enjoy some great Rosé and sit back, enjoy the beach and the people. Can’t miss on St Bart’s.

Even after the disaster of Hurricane Irma, and all the rebuilding that was required, St. Barth stands strong. Yes, some of the effects still remain; but considering the amount of damage the island sustained no one could argue great strides have been made. And, with the exception of the hotels by Grand Cul du Sac, and the Eden Rock many properties are open.
That brings me to Nikki Beach, a staple for an exceptional restaurant with the million dollar setting on St. Jean Beach. Rebuilding since Irma, it’s open for business, still serving delicious fresh seafood, a well as an assortment of other items. And, yes, the beach beds are there. They need some work, since I’m sure the originals were destroyed, but they serve the purpose.
The restaurant, for the most part, looks the same. The one thing I’m sure of is the food. It continues to be as delicious as I remember.
We are fish lovers. In this case specifically Sashimi. When it’s available, we order it. Nikki Beach has always consistently served the best, and our visit yesterday was no different.
Starting with the Sashimi Platter - salmon, tuna, wahoo, and hamachi, and a side of octopus, all the fish were wondeully fresh tasting, cut perfectly; simply the best. So good we ordered another. Additionally we ordered 2 items from the “Appetizer Menu”, Calamari Provençal, an the Shrimp Tempura. Both were outstanding, the calamari was cooked to a tender perfection with garlic, black olives and other seasonings, the Shrimp, dipped in a wonderful Tempura batter, and fried perfectly, were spectacular.
Some wine, back to the beach bed, and a swin in the wonderful water of St. Jean Beach. Who could ask for anything more.........
Our lunch service was excellent, as was our Beach attendant, Jeremy.
Yes, Nikki Beach is back, and will probably be even better next season. I can’t wait.

We came for lunch and it was intense. The theme was Egypt and they had a fashion show. The spicy chicken and veggies were amazing. Try the mojito if you are a fan. Now the cons: uncomfortable seats on the big table and second hand smoke. The beach is also amazing. A must for any tourist in the area.
