“YUM”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2013

Lunch at the SandBar on the terrace with the beautiful blue water sparkling beyond is incomparable. Jean Georges' cuisine is tailored to the setting and the ambience-- delicious light salads, soups, and carpaccio- but also heartier composed salads, and simple grills. All the things you would be tempted to eat at the beach. The pizzas that come from the wood-burning oven are delicious-- I had the fontina and truffle one! We loved the chocolate and lemon tart dessert. All in all- its an excellent choice, even without the world-class people-watching opportunities.

“Cocktails on the beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

We had lunch and cocktails. The food was perfectly cooked, but the cocktails were even better! I could have spent the whole afternoon just watching the world go by

“Best lunch with a view.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

Always excellent for many years in a row. Miss the lobster club sandwiches though.....hint, if you are listening! Make reservations for best tables, although all tables are great. Staff great. At least three visits during a 10 day stay. Did someone else mention the pommes frites? Can't wait for February! Oh, bring lots of euros.

“Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013 via mobile

By American standards, the price of this lunch was astronomical, but it was well worth it. Enjoyed the truly French experience of a lunch enjoyed at a leisurely pace. The fish was cooked to perfection, the portion sizes were very generous, and the desserts was both gorgeous and uniquely delicious. Throw in the view and it's a perfect lunch location.
