The Ecolodge is up in the rainforest and you have to do some work to get there; scampering down an unlit dirt path (bring a flashlight!!) at night from the drop off point to get to the main cabin. On arrival, despite the spartan surroundings, there is surprisingly good food. We enjoyed a potato, bacon & cheddar soup, and lots of vegetables with the dishes (who expects to find bok choy on a Caribbean island?) The meat dishes were somewhat oversauced for our tastes, but we enjoyed them nonetheless.
