“A must!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2014

Reservations are suggested. small place but amazing! Tricia - the hostess - will keep you on the edge of your seat. Special the night we were there was mussels steamed in coconut milk and chorizo. The two of us split a 3.5 lb Saba lobster - absolutely wonderful!! Definitely a must stop for dinner!

“The best of island fare”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 29, 2014

We visited Saba again for the second time this year, this time for only 8 days while we did some planning with our builder for our island home. We decided to focus on relaxation so we ate out every night. All but one night was at Brigadoon and as always Michael did not disappoint. He made u
s Crab Cakes which are unbelievable... the best in the world. The swordfish was amazing as was his Scallops and Tuna ...There is nothing on the menu that isn't heavenly but the specials nightly are so good and diverse that you don't need to look at the menu (I never did)! Do NOT miss one or two (if you are lucky) of Michaels homemade cheesecakes for dessert! They are amazing and I guarantee you will not worry about calories after the first taste! Trisha is a fabulous hostess...we lingered there several nights just to enjoy the sea breezes and view of the evening on Saba. Do NOT miss Brigadoon if you are traveling to Saba...the food, atmosphere and friendly people there will have you returning...guaranteed!

“Wow.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2014

We arrived late in Saba, caught the last ferry. After checking into our villa, we made a quick reservation and walked in for a late dinner. Trish and her husband Michael we very accommodating and made our first night on Saba special. Trish is hilarious. She tended to us during dinner and afterward we decided to have one more drink at the bar. She is an excellent bartender and had us all laughing after a very long and stressful day.

Michael cooks up amazing dishes. We had the fish specials, Lobster, several appetizers and that amazing pasta michael. All of the food and drinks here were delicious and priced comparatively well. We loved this place so much, we went back two more times!

The atmosphere is romantic and relaxed. The food is spectacular. The owners are your new best friends on Saba!

If you're headed to Saba, you must visit the Brigadoon.

“Always a treat!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2014

Just being on the charming little island of Saba itself is a treat, but adding in a dinner at the Brigadoon makes it a special event. The food is fresh, creative, and delicious and the biggest issue that you'll have is trying to choose what to order because everything sounds so tempting. I always have to have the conch fritters to start and then do my best to save some room for the absolutely amazing peanut butter pie for dessert. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is friendly. Not to be missed!

“You can't go to Saba and not eat at Brigadoon!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 26, 2014

Absolutely our favorite restaurant in Saba. Michael is a wonderful chef and his wife, Triche, is a fun and engaging host. The food is creative, reasonably priced, and comes out timely. My wife loves the fish and seafood dishes, and the meat dishes -- especially the ribs -- eflect Michael's 20 years of living in Texas. There is no rush to "turn the table" and discussions with fellow diners are encouraged, if not prompted by Triche. They are active in the community, welcoming, and freely offer their suggestions for other island activities. Brigadoon and its owners are one of the things we look most forward to in visiting Saba, and if you go there, you will feel the same way.
