Returning to Saba for our 4th time, one of the onshore highlights is Brigadoon. On this small island Michael and Trish have year in and year out served food that is bar none outstanding. We had dinner their on both last Sunday and Friday nights, and they crab cakes (mostly crab with just enough "cake" to hold them together) were only surpassed by the Chowder and Pan Seared Tuna. The service for our party of 8 was punctual without being oppressive, and if you get Trish on a roll, the humor is great, for our adult crowd.
