We were only able to spend one night at this little jem due to travel constraints, but if we get back to Vieques we wouls spend much more time there. It is up a hill and a little difficult walking there, but not bad. They will pick you up at the airport or ferry terminal if you call. The rooms are delightfully decorated and have a wonderfdul veranda right outside with table and chairs. The rooms have a small fridge and they serve a nice continental breakfast. The staff will go way out of their way to hel in any way possible. We got in a day early with no reservation (it was the next night) and they called and found us a room and took us there!
Penny and her husband are fantastic and so is everyone else. A great place to kick back and relax, and easy to get to asny other place on the island with the Publicos. There was an island wide power failure the night we were there (which made the biobay adventure fantastic!), and when we returned they had a small generator lighting the entrance and office and had a candle burning in our room for us.
