A convenient stop on the way to or from the beach, El Resuelve serves typical Puerto Rican food at fair prices (we were getting fed up of the tourist prices for sub-par food at places like Bieques Bistro). We visited twice and maybe there was a different chef each time, because the first time the fish pastelitos were sublime, and the second time, the filling was different and nothing special. My dad had the carne frita one time and the BBQ ribs the other--neither was very good, and in fact the carne frita (fried beef) looked fatty and unappetizing. Stick with the pastelillos, the rice and beans, and the fish. By the way, you order at the counter (choose the ready-made items in the first column if you are short on time) and they call your name when the food is ready.
