I ate here my first night in Vieques and was spoiled for the rest of my visit! The high-ceilinged airiness and lovely design of the place is at once soothing, chic and tuly Caribbean. I had only a main course - shrimp and scallops in a brandy sauce over saffron risotto -- and it was exquisite. The mango cake with blueberries was a bit dry but an extra helping of cinnamon cream cheese icing (happily provided) made it just right.
