Dinner venue, great service, delicious food. Highly recommend. We ate here our last night and wish we had gone here sooner. Almost everyone we met said the same thing.

I’m quite surprised by the mix of reviews for this restaurant. We went here our last night on Vieques as a last minute decision. We had intended to go to The Patio but they sadly ended up closed so we went here instead. What a treat! Everything from the cocktails through the dessert was perfection. My husband had the seafood pasta dish which he loved and I had the filet which was a special and this was fantastic. The martini with the homemade vodka was so good and we also really enjoyed the tiramisu for dessert. I’d also highly recommend the thin mint cookie after dinner drink for a special treat. Atmosphere was lovely and the service was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location, it was my husband’s favorite of all of our meals and one of mine as well.

Finally found a restaurant that understands what a Filet Mignon, medium rare means, enjoyed a wonderful dining experience.

Maybe we hit them on an off night. We had heard great things about this restaurant. It was beautiful and very romantically lit. The wait staff are all very attractive (and competent). But, especially for the price, we found the food to be just average.

We were a party of 4, Friday evening, April 9th. We dined on the lower broad terrace under a grapefruit tree. The terrace was lighted with twinkle lights & the crickets & coquis were singing. The hostess greeted us at the door & seated us immediately. A lovely atmosphere. The only drawback is that the furniture is of the white plastic garden variety- one hopes that as the cash flow improves, the owners will invest in something a little more substantial & more in character with the high quality of the overall experience.

The restaurant was not crowded; there were 4 folks at the bar, another 2 couples on the side terrace, & including us, three parties of 4 on the big terrace. Our server was prompt, completely knowledgeable, and very friendly- without fault.

The curried soup was delicious, but perhaps just a touch on the sweet side, and to our tastes, not quite spicy enough. The salad with warm breaded goat cheese & roasted pineapple was perfect, as was the ahi tuna appetizer. The roast chicken main was tender & juicy & beautifully sauced. Overall, the food was of a high standard.

Overall, a delightful experience. We will certainly return.
