We tried to go to Bili our first night in Vieques per our inn keeper's recommendation, but they were closed for a private party. We eventually found ourselves there the next night and were the first people there for dinner. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice breeze.
We ordered sangria (both the white and red) and weren't impressed. It almost tasted like it was out of a machine. I tried to order boneless pork chops, but our server came back and said they were out of that (after I had already asked his opinion on which of the two pork dishes to choose) so i chose the Traditional Puertorican Pork Chops with Loin and Rib Bone. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be a ton of actual meat on the pork chop and it was one of the saltiest dishes I've eaten. Both my pork chop and my husband's entree (it was a special) came with a delicious paella.
The place filled up quite a bit while we were there and the service ended up being pretty slow. We were on vacation so that didn't really matter, just know your expectations when you go.
We also ordered catch of the Day ceviche which was a small portion, but good, and the calamari with Puerto Rican tempura. Our issue with the calamari is that the rings were quite large and it didn't come with any sauce making it a little hard to eat. It didn't taste bad, just wasn't 100% what we were expecting.
We spent over $100 on our dinner and we're fine with that, but we just wished it had been the best meal we ate the entire nine days we were in Puerto Rico. For us, it was probably our least favorite.
