we stopped here on the way back from snorkeling the mosquito pier, and granted, we were hungry but we did not expect this. First, Limon was very friendly, and made us feel at home. Then we had those pork dumplings. They were soooo good. Large portion, it could have been a meal in itself. We split a grilled fish sandwich. The fish was really tasty, and grilled perfectly. It was served on a sesame seed bun and then it was heated like a panini. Wow! excellent. We chatted with Limon and he gave us some shots of I forgot the name, but it is the national drink. Great rum with a drop of sambuca like stuff on top. How's that for hospitality? We're going back tomorrow!

Excellent food across the board! We ordered 6 different entrees the two times we ate here while on vacation. We had the fish sandwich, fish platter, BLT, pork bites, fish tacos and pork dumplings. Each item was excellent and fresh. Lots of locals congregate here for good reason. Definitely worth a special trip over without an arrival or departure from the airport.

Ummm..trip advisor nation, you really let me down on this one. it is at the airport so I guess that folks try it as a result, but fish tacos were not very good at all, just lots of mayo-ish sauce and the fish had a funky taste to it, I asked what it was and he said tilapia, umm, ok if you say so. Beer was cold and the hot sauce was homemade and really good. Overall $20 lunch for not very good food. Other choices were basically hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. Lots of better food on the island some even have fewer flies.

Our group of 5 ate here when we arrived and when we left - once at breakfast and once at lunch. No one had a single word of complaint about the "food court" at the Vieques airport. Lots of locals came for the food - no flight in or out. Really like the recycled cozies for the beer. Homemade hot sauce is outstanding on the breakfast wrap. Don't miss this treasure!!

Stopped in after diving - delicious bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches! Open, outdoor seating made for a very nice morning.
