We stopped here to eat because we didn't want to pay the high prices at our hotel. The decor is fun and there was live music playing when we entered. The servers were fun and comical. I'm not sure if it is authentic Puerto Rican food, but we enjoyed it. They did have the best rice and peas that I've ever had.
Prices ran about $12 - $15 per plate, which was reasonable. The female servers all had on dresses and big curlers in their hair. Cute and funny.
We enjoyed it and would go back again.
