So far, i have been at this restaurant 3 times. once in 2005 and twice in November 2012. My husband and I loved the the food the first time and so we decided to go back on our next visit to PR. We tried the sancocho from the appetizer section and it was good. We ate the Plantain Mofongo with the Ropa vieja (shreded beef and it was really good). The 2nd time we visited i had the Yuca Mofongo with shrimps and i was in heaven. Absolutely delicious..... Coffee is very good.
The prices are reasonable, then again, we don't mind paying a bit extra for good food. i recommend this restaurant. My advise to management is to stay on top of your business, by keeping the place looking fresh. It looked just a bit run down from the last time i was there in 2005. It could use a fresh coat of paint, a little love and care.
