My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon dinner at Marmalade and overall it was a superb experience. The food and service were both outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place, the popcorn shrimp, foie gras, banana pudding and of course the white bean soup were out of this world! The chef even came out to our table. Great service, good food, highly recommended restaurant!

Yes, "experience" is the term for this restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about the service, food, ambience, staff, chef and decor. From the time you walk in until you leave you will feel like royalty. The food is obtained from local vendors or special ordered from organic farms. The chef will visit your table and explain each dish to you. My husband and I chose a 4 course menu all of which was truly heavenly. I will dream about the food for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday based on the #1 ranking on this platform. After our experience I can certainly understand the reasons for its superior placement. For dinner they chose (in addition to a la carte) a 4, 5 or 6 course meal with our without the wine pairing. We opted to go with the 5-course which actually makes it a 10 course meal for a party of two that is sharing. While we were hungry and excited perhaps 4-course meal is sufficient. None the less we adored and enjoyed every single course. The restaurant is known for its white bean soup and it's certainly a must try. Other must try items we had are the lobster risotto, pallella, yellowtail tuna poke, Moroccan lamb tagine and the carrot cake desert. It was a 3-hour dining experience with a server that was extremely hospitable and knowledgable. Don't miss the opportunity.

Marmalade is unique for many reasons and goes beyond the food. The food created by Chef Peter Schintler is fresh, balanced with great taste awakening the senses of the human 'paladar'. Wine list is impressive as well. The ambiance, the service, the people surrounding seeing everyone enjoying this beautiful restaurant coupled with the food it provides is amazing. Seen Chef Peter Schintler visiting your table, engaging in interesting conversation plus seeing him multitasking beyond his chef/owner role is inspiring!!

This was truly one of the very best meals & experiences we've ever had in a restaurant. The food is wonderful - great taste and presentation. The service is also top notch. We had the 4 course tasting menu, with wine pairing, and all dishes were excellent. The white bean soup and the lobster risotto were off-the-charts wonderful. You need a reservation and you should go there hungry - it's an experience not to be missed.
