I went into this restaurant as part of a business activity. The decor and ambience is very nice and relaxing. Due to the business activity we were able to taste almost all the menu items as samplers. We had a 14 course dinner consisting of 8 tapas, 1 soup, 1 entree, and 4 desserts. I could say that the plates are really creative and very tasty. The popcorn shrimp is very good, along with the pasta dishes. We also had the white bean soup and it was really good as well. For entree I had the lamb with couscus and it was good as well. We had 4 desserts: banana cake, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, and the berry cobbler. Of all, the banana cake and the chocolate mousse were th best. In overall, we had a great dinner experience with the chance to tast almost all menu items including pasta, meat, fruits, soup, vegetables, and fish.

Wowwww.. We just arrived there, with no reservation. Although they recommend reservation since is always booked. We took the 4 course menu, which give us the opportunity to try 2 appetizers, 1 entree and the dessert. At the end we taste over 8 plates all of them extraordinary. The chef sent a complimentary bean soup, signature of marmalade, wowww!! The service was great!! The food is exquisite!! It is a fusion of flavors from cuisine all over the world. Great place!. Recommended to every tourist and locals.

Marmalade is nice the first time you go. However if you go often you find the same plates and specials. Of the dishes the best is the white bean soup the others are acceptable but not great. Service can be good but other times it is average. If you are visitng PR you should go but there are better places.

We are in San Juan celebrating our anniversary. We saw the great reviews, and decided to dine here this evening. My husband let them know it was our anniversary-our table was covered in rose petals and we had the best corner table-a corner leather couch with about 20 pillows-very cozy. We did the wine pairing tasting menu. The food, presentation, service, pairings, atmosphere was perfection. The white bean soup was the best soup either of us ever had. Every dish was better than the last. Peter, the chef, is a culinary artist. If you are deciding between several restaurants--GO HERE!!!

Was recommended by several people to marmalade... Could not have been more pleased!!! Amazing atmosphere, top notch service, and the most interesting delicious meal we had while staying in puerto Rico.... Had the 4 course tasting and wine pairing... WOW!!! Coming from new york, it isn't all that often that I'm so impressed with restaurants while traveling, but marmalade is by far superior to even the most renowned new york restaurants... I HIGHLY recommend a visit to marmalade!!! Thank you for the best fois gras I've ever had!!!!!!
