The house pitcher of Sangria was an excellent choice to quench our thirst on the warm humid evening of December 25th as we enjoyed the patio seating and watching the street activity. Plenty of food choices on the menu.

We came here as we had read in our guide book that it was a family owned Italian restaurant, so maybe we were expecting something different. The restaurant was packed, with people, including us, queuing for a table. The waiter said that it is always busy, but even more so around Christmas. The service isn't bad, but with so many people, we didn't really enjoy the experience. We ordered pizza and coleslaw, both were OK but not great. The pizza lacked real flavour, helped by the chilli flakes we asked for when we saw them on someone else's table. The prices are good, but we certainly wouldn't want to have paid more for what we had. When we left it was just as busy but I think it would take a lot for us to revisit.

Just a good place good food and service Martino great host and person but to charge $4.50 for the little salad you get and sometime you didn't ask for and server said is ok and then you see it on your check then I have a poblem beside that everything great and one of the best sangria in town.

We where walking around looking for a place to have lunch. We saw Via Appia and had their pizza. It was really good and the price was reasonable. We got great service and everyone there were friendly.
If you want a nice place to have a meal and a beer, this is the place to come. They are really close to the Marriott and the ocean. Enjoy!!!
