We were walking down Calle Loiza and the patio of La Chola looked so nice that we decided to stop by. We were not disappointed.
Our server was really friendly and walked us through the ENTIRE menu, which was much appreciated since a lot of the dishes were not familiar. One member of our group of six has severe food allergies and he was very accommodating. She ended up getting a custom meal that she said was delicious.
Our food took a little while coming out so our server brought us some complimentary appetizers while we waited, which was a nice touch. The food, which is a combination of Peruvian and Puerto Rican, was not fancy but it was really tasty.
Definitely swing by La Chola if you are wandering down Calle Loiza, it is worth the stop!
