From the moment we walked in the door, manager/bartender Osiris had our backs. He told us the specials, made great recommendations and checked on us constantly. We started with the asian dumplings which were moist and delicious. Our main course was both the Caribbean salad, baby arugula, red onion, mango and Avocado in a delicious, light balsamic dressing and the pizza diavolo which had chorizo, Carmelized onions light tomato sauce and mozzarella. It was awesome. We split a wonderful bottle of alta vista Malbec. But the highlight of the evening was dessert. We shared a fabulous guava flan with shots of the best don q local rum. What a treat! Thanks again Osiris for a really terrific last night in San Juan.

Very good food and service. Excellent Bife de chorizo and interesting pizza. It has become a very busy place.

We went to Muzzarella based on all the positive reviews and were not disappointed one bit. This was probably one of the best meals we've ever had, We were dining with our 2 kids (4 yrs & 18 months) and the service and atmosphere was extremely accommodating. The food from the appetizers, main dishes and dessert were simply tasty and very generous in portions. The best indication that we had that this was a gem of a restaurant was from the glowing remarks from the couple sitting next to us of which the husband works at Pikayo (#18 on the list) and was raving about how they eat at Muzzarella all the time. Also, for the quality of the food we would've paid twice as much for the food we ordered. Definitely plan to come back a second night before we leave to try some of their other dishes. Mmmm!

Great find and the concierge at our hotel said it was her favorite restaurant. Can't go wrong. Meat cool to perfection. Staff friendly.

We read the reviews on Trip Advisor, so we made a reservation, and it was a good thing, because it was PACKED on a Sunday night. We were probably the only tourists there, because it was packed with locals. Because we had a reservation, we got right in. You should know, this place is NOT off the beaten path...it was a $25 can ride, each way from the Caribe Hilton....but you know what? It was worth every penny, even with the cab factored in. Service was INCREDIBLE....not only did our waiter take excellent care of us, but EVERYONE, from the manager, to the chef, to other waiters made sure we had everything we needed. The food? Honestly...one of the best meals we had in San Juan. We ordered a filet mignon, that was beyond tender, and incredibly tasty. It was $23 dollars, and it was better and bigger than the one we had at Morton's for $60. We had a seafood risotto that was simply incredible. So tasty. We had great apps (get their homemade fried mozzerella)...lots of wine and beer..and the entire check was cheaper that anything we had in San Juan, and that includes the $50 we spent for the cab. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE. You know you scored, when the locals pack the restaurant. I think we were the only tourists there. GREAT, GREAT job, Muzzarella!! Amazing, authentic find in San Juan!! LOVED IT!!
