Though the service was good, friendly staff and speedy service, its not a special place at all. I got the PB&J sandwich which was good but my husband ordered the "Yauco sandwich" that was almost 10 bucks, thinking it would be a sufficient meal, but it was a really small sandwich with turkey ham, not real turkey; for the price one could expect a bigger sandwich or at least some chips with it. For drinks I got an Iced Latte, not that good, and husband got a hot cocoa and complained it wasn't hot enough.

Loved this small cafe and its atmosphere. Beautiful setting. Flavorful coffee. They also have Panini’s and breakfast items.

The coffee is excellent and you have to try the sandwiches with their unique mayo or butter. I highly recommend the Old San Juan sandwich!!

I visited Cafe Cuatro Sambros as part of a family trip to Puerto Rico. We found out about the cafe through a tour company that hosts coffee tastings there. 5 of us did a coffee tasting led by the owner himself - Pablo. His passion for and knowledge about coffee were unrivaled, and after the tasting, he showed us some tricks of the trade beyond the advertised tasting. At the end of it, we all bought coffee to take along with us, which was also excellent. The cafe itself was not too crowded, and the decor and ambience give it a very intimate feel. Highly recommended for your coffee fix in San Juan!

This is a lively place frequented by locals. The staff are friendly and helpful, although there is no table service. The atmosphere is good and the coffee is terrific. Truly great. We made an effort to find this place based on other reviews and we were not disappointed!
