I went there a little bit skeptic because of the excellent reviews this place have. The Pulpo Gallega was impresive, soft, suculent, the texture with the potatoes and the pimienton d la vera was great!! My girlfriend ordered Halibut cooked on garlic cream and i ordered the cochinillo... amazing! Torrijas for dessert is a must!! They are like spanish/french toasts with ice cream... delicious!! I strongly recomend this restaurant... and the service is also excellent!! One of the best olace to eat good food, good wine with great enviroment!!

“What a deception”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

Went because it had so many great reviews in TA, then, total disappointment. My husband ordered the seafood soup/chowder; literally, they threw in 4 or 5 chick peas and these were hard. You could count the pieces of seafood... I ordered snapper, average, nothing great about the meal. Service was good, will not return.

“Beautiful restaurant”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Beautiful restaurant in an old Spanish style mansion- I would recommend going just to see the place. Excellent wine selection and wonderful tapas- probably the best croquettas we've ever had. Mix of Spanish food and Puerto Rican cuisine. Service is wonderful too.

it's like being in Spain, great food, I recommend the piglet, and the paella, and the lamb. They also have the freshest fish in all San Juan, great service. It has become my favorite restaurant!
