I agree with some of the other reviews that the service was awful. We were there at two in the afternoon, and the place was quite empty. Our waiter took our order and he didn't come back again. Tried to wave down another waitress and she just waved back. The food was ok, nothing spectacular.

We went with some friends on a Friday night and saw the flamenco and sevillana show. The food is very tasty and affordable and the service is great. We tried spanish beers which were very good, and we even saw their boveda which is a historical aspect about the location!

Came to the wrong restaurant on our last night in puerto rico. We were looking for Rosa de Triana down the street. We got Restaurant Triana confused with Rosas. The show was close to starting and decided to stay despite the poor reviews for Trianas. And we were disappointed and wished we would have gone to our first choice.
Slow service. No one came to check on us and we had to flag waiter down every time we needed something.
Food was very average. Nothing to recommend.
No Amex.
Make sure you don't get them confused and go to the good one: Rosas de triana.

Me and my wife visited during Columbus Day weekend and had a blast. Service was excellent and the mojitos were out of this world. Ask to see the bar downstairs. The building was once the first American bank in Puerto Rico. The safe Is now a cool bar. I can't wait to go back. This New England winter is killing us!

My family of 5 ate at this restaurant on Dec. 30, 2012 during our trip to Puerto Rico. The hostess was very nice and friendly - but everything else was awful. We waited more than 20 minutes before a waiter appeared at a table (and that was only after the hostess finally tracked him down for us). It took 10 more minutes to get very small glasses of water brought to us. Later when we asked for a refill, we never got it. Three of us ordered drinks from the bar. They sat at the bar for more than 10 minutes before being picked up. After we ordered meals, there was a VERY long wait. Meals came out sporadically with one person being served, then two more, then another and finally the last meal. The first people were finished before I was served. The portions were TINY and not very tasty.

The restaurant was a little busy when we first entered, but it was after 2 in the afternoon, and crowds thinned out pretty quickly. There were waiters standing around not doing anything - or clearing tables - so there was no excuse for the bad service we received.
