The food is out of this world tasty!! The atmosphere is not your typical fine dining type, but the old rustic look gives the place a touch of its own. The only issue I found was the service. The waiter took too long to ask for our order.. Issues with service are those that can be fixed immediately. I'm sure the next time I try the restaurant, things will be different. If not, the next review won't be excellent. Must try the flash fried fish. It's too devour.

Highly recommended. Best lunch we had in PR! The service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. My husband and I split meals throughout all of PR and this was no exception. We started with the plaintain wrapped crab cakes, then mahi mahi, then chocolate dessert. Everything was homemade and fresh! Amazing! To top it off the award winning chef came in while we were eating and shook our hands and cracked jokes with the staff. Good to see how down to earth he was. The lunch ended with a complimentary rum shot from the server - he took it with us! Excellent experience. The only downside is that it was very hard to find. We walked from the marriott on codado and got lost in the neighborhood for 20 min. Not the safest and nobody spoke much english. There is no signage because the chef wants the atmosphere to be very relaxed, which I understand, but we almost left out of frustration of not being able to find the place, later realizing we had walked by it unknowingly at least 4 times! Make sure you take a taxi or know it is the yellow house with no sign! Would have been a shame to miss out on this wonderful experience!

Everything we had was amazing. The coffee flan was especially delicious. It is recommended that you get there early, otherwise getting a table might prove to be quite difficult. Also, the menu changes daily depending on what the chef finds at the market each day. Once the menu item is gone for the day, it’s gone. They have a variety of choices from fish, meats and chicken. For the quality and quantity of food, I think the prices are fair. The sangria was really good.

I had ready many reviews on other sites and this one, regarding Jose Enrique, and our experience definitely exceeded our expectations.

They have a different menu each evening and your server reads you the selections. We enjoyed our red snapper fritter appetizers and our skirt steak and fish entrees. For dessert we had a ridiculous chocolate cake, cinnamon ice cream and chocolate mousse plate. It was great!

Highly reccomennd it!

It looks more like a run bar than a restaurant. The food is mostly ethnic or criolla and very not good. There are other restaurants with better local food.
