“Our San Juan Favorite”
Reviewed May 14, 2013 via mobile

Hubby and I happened to take note of their menu board when walking by and decided to give di Parma a try. I'm glad we did. It was a delicious reprieve from all the Criolla cuisine we'd been eating. Fresh ingredients, amazing salads, and pizzas are big enough to share. We had the goat cheese pizza with red onions- to die for- and shared the chicken breast salad- dressing was amazing. We enjoyed our meal so much, we decided to go back again to try something new...and it was another win. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for fresh, green, lighter fare with great service.

“Eating here after dark costs much of the ambiance.”
Reviewed May 12, 2013 via mobile

Other diners food looked much better than mine. I ordered pizza di Parma. It was good only, nothing spectacular, but also not bad. Much of the reason for the outdoor only seating is the ocean view. Eat here at lunch and enjoy the ocean.

“Great food and experience”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

My wife and I ate here tonight and it was great. Outdoor seating about 150 yards from the ocean overlooking a small park. We had wine (she had a cab and I had pinot nor - both average), and then the cheese ravioli and seared tuna salad which were both great and very fresh ingredients. Tamara our server was great as well. High quality food at moderate prices. Highly recommend.

“This restaurant has the best food selection for dinner in Condado”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

This restaurant has the best food selection for dinner in Condado. We went there for dinner a couple of times since it had quality food, good selection of salads, pizza, good and prompt service. It also very enjoyable to dine outdoors very close to the beach.

“Great place for lunch”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

Went here twice during our one-week stay in Condado. It's about a 5-minute walk from La Concha, where we stayed.

Note - it only has outdoor seating.

Our first visit was for dinner. We got fried calamari as an appetizer. It's not on the menu but our server offered it to us after we ordered the fried calamari salad as an appetizer. (The calamari appetizer on the menu is sauteed.) The calamari was a bit rubbery. We really liked the hot homemade marinara that came with it. We then had the three sausage pizza and puertorriqueno pizza which is bolognese sauce and sweet plantains with mozzarella. We enjoyed both very much.

Dinner came with complimentary slices of toasted baguette. It's like what bruschetta is served on. It comes w olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Our second visit was for lunch -- we shared the tomato and fresh mozzarella bruschetta that many people raved about on Yelp. We didn't think it was that impressive. It's something you can easily make at home.

We also shared the crispy chicken pizza which came with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. It was delicious.

While we were eating, it suddenly started pouring. For an only-outdoor place in a place where sun showers are frequent, I was surprised at how poorly constructed the "tents" were. They did a terrible job of blocking the rain.

I recommend this place for a nice outdoor lunch.
