Just got back from spending 5 nights during New Year's at the Caribe Hilton. A very nice hotel and not bad for the money. Great view of the ocean from the balconey even if the ballroom roof was under the balconey. You could see the waves beautifully breaking on the reefs.
Pool and PRIVATE BEACH are excellent. Such a peaceful place to relax & wind down from life in the fast lane. It seems as if people writing reviews forget this is the Carribean & Puerto Rico were life is slow, sometimes slummy and definitely not like living in the USA. Restaurants are pricey. You can get the exact same food from room service for much less in price. Morton's of Chicago had the beat steak I think I have ever tasted. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THE CARIBE HILTON!!!!!!!More
