Pretty much everything worth seeing is here in one of the 3 theaters. Local, as well as imported quality talent - like thise who used to be at the hotels. Its structuraly lovely, and well located for accessibility without traffic. Plenty of parking.

Bellas Artes is a wonderful place to hear the Puerto Rico Symphonic Orchestra. It is also fun just to hang out before the show and enjoy the culture of the locals.

This is the premiere spot for small concerts, plays and one man shows. It has three distinct arenas, one large one for concerts, a smaller one for plays and a really small one calle Sala Experimental, where you can watch edgy plays in a different atmosphere. It is a government-run building, but you wouldn't know it because of all the space, light, service and nice piazza outside with benches, statues and fountains. When not in the mood for a huge crowd at the Coliseum, check out this venue.

Built in the early seventies, the complex is set around a plaza and a fountain that open up to the main avenue of downtown Santurce, a revitalized ward of San Juan. A 2100 seat main hall, with two smaller venues make up the stages housed in the original structure. A separate Music Hall was recently built as the home of the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra. Lively, accesible, well appointed and constantly renewed as shows and plays have short engagements. The place to see and be seen in San Juan.

Located in Santurce, this venue is where concerts take place. It has paying parking facilities. If you drive, need to get there early to get a spot. There is easy access on Ave. Ponce de Leon. Casals, Symphonics and Philarmonic Concerts take place here anually. Popular singers sometimes do offer concerts in this venue as well. It is a modern structure, built several decades ago, still offering cultural events to Puertorricans and visitors.
