“Pretty cool place to visit”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

This a cool little tour to go visit. It was less than ten dollars to go check it out and it is a pretty good size so if you inspect every nook and cranny you could be there a while. I would recommend spending an hour or so to cruise around and look at San Cristobal.

“Let Your Imagination Take Over”

What a wondrous place this is. So full of history, you can't help but feel some of the excitement of what they must have felt in those days when defending the city. It was great to go into the lookout points and see how far one could see and wonder if this was this far enough to see and give them adequate time to execute an effective defense. History tells us that yes, they were able to defend well. Could not help to compare in my mind how very different things are now as compared to then.... brining oneself in touch with way past when.

“Awesome!”
Reviewed September 24, 2013

I loved walking thru the old castle. Great views of the ocean and the island. The price is very reasonable to get in, it was only $3. It does get really windy up there, so I would suggest you don't wear short full dresses as I did, or you will be mooning a lot of people. Great place to take nice pictures.
