“Great place to visit for a short time or longer”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

We were looking for something to do before boarding our cruise ship and this seemed to fit the bill. We had dropped off our luggage and headed up the hill toward the fort. We've been to several tours of this type and always look forward to the uniqueness of each fort. We didn't have a guide but there are adequate signs to explain the purpose of each room and displays to show how the residents dressed and lived. A convenient souvenir shop with air conditioning was a great find after walking down a long tunnel. We were able to see our cruise ship awaiting us so we only spent about an hour hear but you could easily spend a lot more time investigating all the nooks and crannies and great photo opportunity locations.

“Incredible - a must visit”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

This is a beautiful fort with some incredible views! One can spend a couple hours here exploring all of the rooms and tunnels including the modern blast tunnels and doors that the US Army added.
