It’s like a little boutique hotel set amongst the picturesque streets of old san juan.
Its a very busy street so have to be quick getting in and out of taxi, but as soon as you enter its quiet n calm.
Reception staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions we asked.
The rooms are a little small, hard to open 2 suitcases on floor, so moved our bed over to allow the room!
Location excellent if you want to be in historical old town!

Hotel Casablanca provided a wonderful two night stay in Old San Juan. Lots of positive things to acknowledge:
-excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and historical landmarks
-exceptionally clean and tidy with very comfortable bed and pillows
-attentive, helpful, professonal staff
-good breakfast at a reasonable cost
-cold, clean drinking water available in the front lobby
-beautiful view from rooftop
-free fast wifi
-safe in room to hold small items

The only reasons I didn't provide a 5 star rating were because our extra bed linens were not provided in our room prior to our arrival; even though we had made reservations for 3 guests. And since we checked in at 12:30 am and were very tired after our flights, having to head back to the front desk to ask for linens to make the second bed wasn't great. Having said that, the front desk attendant was reasonably prompt, given that he was the only one working and eager to help. If you have more than two people staying in a room, perhaps giving the hotel a call in advance to make sure your second bed is ready would be a good idea. Note that most rooms open into an interior atrium and there are no windows that allow a view of the outdoors. Also note that the hotel breakfast is hot and fresh, but is only served till 12:00 pm. There is no more food available after this time.

Room tip: Choose a room with a balcony if you would like to step out for natural light

We happened to be in Old San Juan during the first week of the protests.
This hotel is quiet, even though it’s ON THE PROTEST STREET!
It was safe. The staff assisted in all of our needs.
This is a quaint beautiful hotel. Clean-daily housekeeping did a great job. The staff-ALL (especially the males ) were great. Offered suggestions and just visited with us.
The rooms were so quiet. We had a balcony room and never heard any noise when the balcony door was closed.
The AC worked great. Water was hot. Shower was good.
Beds were very nice.
We had the suite-King room, and adjoining 2 twin bed room. It’s a large room.
We went up to the rooftop just to check it out but the bath tubs didn’t interest us.
The halls and lobby are beautifully decorated.
Without a doubt, we will stay here again.
You can’t beat the location. And you can’t beat the service.

Casa Blanca: beautiful boutique hotel! The decor, the style of this place is extremely gorgeous. Our room was very nice and quaint, on the smaller side but it is an intimate setting. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Staying here allowed me to appreciate the simple things in life. Front desk was nice, check-in was easy, and they were helpful and informative. There is no parking but we parked at a nearby parking garage. Most of the time we walked since we're in the middle of the town and we only used our car to leave old San Juan. But I would recommend this place especially if you're considering staying in Old San Juan. It’s affordable, charming, and overall nice! The workers were friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any issue.

The hotel staff and the room we’re exceptional. We were able to check in early without an issue. Our room had a balcony which added to the romantic ambience. Parking is a little inconvenient as it’s a short little walk, but hotel guests get a discount and it’s a safe and secure place to park. There is limited street parking.
