If you can afford running a business being open just one morning a week (Saturday), you must be doing something very outrageously well. True, people line up to buy the creations some relatively young people make. Myself I sat down to enjoy 3 pieces of excellent patisserie including a lemon tart and a chocolate granache/mouse with cherries. Would have loved to go back but their were no more opening hours during my short stay in SJ. Next time :)
