Okay folks, Anas is back, well if you want privacy , for swimming, also rafting and seclution check out the Blue Lagoon, yes the very same one where Brook Shields swam in for the same name movie, i was there, with a friend of mine and my niece, we were rafted over to the island, and we told the raftman what time to come back and get us, we felt like movie stars ourselves.
We swam in the lagoon, a word of advice, make sure you are a strong swimmer or you dont go to far out from the little island, always remember safety first, even beautiful thing can be deadly if taken for granted, there are no life gaurds there.
The little island is great for taking your own picknick, its set up with tables, cant remember about the chairs, but there was some kind of seating , if only natural wood. There are some beautiful white town houses on the mainland for rent if you can afford it, there are also some great reasturants on the beach front with candle lit tables and tall burners on the beach, for all you romantics out there, further up the road from there is reach falls, well worth the visit.
You never see the real jamaica if you stay on a gated complex, you have to be an adventurer , with safety always in mind just like anywhere else in the world, but jamaicans are friendly by nature, you just have to be vocal say what you want , and what you don't want.
Well as we say in jamaica me turn me back

Thank Anas G G

Went there to take photos, but got coerced into going on a raft and boy did I enjoy it. This has got to be one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Loved the bamboo rafting around the Blue Lagoon and to Monkey Island, very scenic and relaxing. Wished thought that the restaurant and bar was open so that I could enjoy the view some more.

I have visited Jamaica, several times and got an opportunity to visit Blue Lagoon. What a beautiful place, the water was breathtaking. We spend about an hour there swimming, the area is untouched and I like that. Not much to do around that area. Very quite.

Such a magical place. We did our couples photo shoot here and it was awesome, We met a guy called Mr Fox who allowed us to tour Monkey Island and the blue lagoon. It was very easy to find, not too overwhelmed with a huge flock of visitors which was just perfect for us. A definite must se for anyone who goes to Port Antonio, possible one of the most beautiful places ever.
