Always loved going to Portland and been to Geejam many times for lunch. Finally got the opportunity to stay a night over the holiday weekend. Everything was amazing, our room was nestled between trees and the room was modern with the shower been amazing. The food wasn't its norm at first and we mentioned it to the chef and dinner was perfect, from the appetiser to the dessert.

During our stay we met the owner Steve and he was beyond sweet. Offered to buy us a drink and gave us a wonderful tour of the recording studio along with the other guest at the other villas. He even gave us a late checkout without us asking.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Hotel was quiet and peaceful, definitely a good place for a getaway. I would highly weekend

Thanks again to the staff and Steve hope to see you all soon.

We stayed here for one night at it was amazing. The hotel offers a very rustic experience nestled in the hills of portland.

Dinner was great and the staff was very friendly.

We also got a tour of studio where may celbs have recorded hits.

The problem with Geejam is that a week passes in the blink of an eye. Magnificent hotel, terrific friendly and professional staff, real comfort, great food and beauty wherever you stand. Most importantly you feel welcome and at home. Difficult to imagine a better place to stay in Jamaica. With its musical history and activity one is forced to bastardise the immortal Spinal Tap - if judging out of 10 it merits an 11.

While staying at Norse Hill just up the road from GeeJam, my wife and I and her niece and husband went to the Bush Bar for drinks and dinner. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. The service and food was impeccable. My wife said that her steak was the best she’s ever had! We were fortunate to get a tour of the on-site recording studio. That was a real treat especially knowing that some well known artists recorded albums there!
We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who stopped by our table for a chat and made sure everything was okay. Very personable.
Highly recommend GeeJam as a destination while in the Port Antonio region.

My husband and I stayed at Geejam in November. It was one of the coolest stays of our Reggae inspired trip. Fantastic location and views. Great bush bar/ restaurant where we enjoyed tasty rum cocktails, seafood dinner and various games of pool surrounded by nature and the Caribbean Sea. Wonderful staff who could hook us up with any activities and transportation needed. We enjoyed the magical private beech, room stocked with drinks and snacks gratis, not to forget our private bush hot tub and hammock just off our deck! It was fun to know that the on-site recording studio was frequented by the likes of Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dog etc. Would love to return to this fantastic Hotel and revisit more of Port Antonio!
