Loved, loved this place. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and very pleasantly surprised at how much we loved it. Very quaint and cozy. The restaurant served very good food and the waiters and waitresses were warm and friendly. We will, definitely be back next year.

Thank Judy V

We visited Country Country for lunch two times during a brief stay in Negril. The location is ideal and it doesn't get any better than eating right on the beach. The first time we ordered coconut curry shrimp and jerk chicken wings and shared both meals. The jerk sauce on the wings was thick like a BBQ sauce. It had a good taste and was very spicy. In place of standard ranch or blu cheese dressing, a unique mayo based sauce with peppercorns (we think) was included. We thought it was added as a calming agent but the mayo sauce was also spicy. The cocunut curry shrimp with rice was spicy as well but tasted great. We returned 2 days later and this time there was sharing. My husband ordered his own serving of curry shrimp and I order the mahi mahi sandwich on coco bread with french fries. The meal took a little longer because fresh rich needed to be made for the shrimp dish. They offered the dish with something else but it wouldn't be same without the rice to eat with the curry sauce. He enjoyed the dish as much as he previously and was happy he got to eat it all this time. My sandwich was very good. The fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the coco bread was fabulous. The fries were cooked well but I prefer crispery fries. All in all we enjoyed both meals and will visit again on our return trip in January 2015.

We found the food good and prices typical. The restaurant is very relaxed with a lovely view. As was the case everywhere we ate the wine wasn't great for the price.

This is the only place we have stayed at the beachside of Negril, but we are ready to love it one more time this summer. The beach can be a little testy with the vendors, but everything works at Country Country. The vendors and fishermen are actually welcome additions. They provide just what you need as you relax in the sun or more than adequate shade from the umbrellas and trees. The restaurants were buying from the fishermen their fresh catch when we were there. It made the whole trip seem more special and local, maybe like the "old" Negril we hear about.

CC is just far enough down the beach from the more active venues to keep noise level down. There was a pre-Valentine's party going on one night at Chance's and that was really loud. Never experienced anything like that and the hotel remarked it was unusual. It was a Saturday night.

We enjoyed the restaurant in the evenings and the included breakfast was an every morning gathering place for all the guests. A place to meet and enjoy the company of the other travellers.

The new restaurant and pool were in the process of completion and probably will be open by now. It looks like a nice addition. I will include photos of the progress.

The only suggestion is minor. It's nice to have the internet in the Lounge area, but expanding the coverage to the restaurant area might make it a little more flexible.

Thank you everyone at CC, Monique, Delia, Andre, Afrika, especially Super and all the rest I cannot remember all the names at the moment.

We stayed very close to Country Country and ate here twice, once for lunch and once for supper. Hubby had Mahi Mahi with coco bread both times and I had a pork wrap with jerk seasonings and a chicken wrap the second time. We liked all of them. It was a nice little open air restaurant. It was like sitting on someone"s covered deck with the ocean splashing right next to you. Prices were reasonable and there is a little bar to sit at with a few chairs. I noticed many people ate there at breakfast time but we did not. They will also prepare lobster and fish that you can buy from a local vendor who brings them to shore each mid morning to sell. He pulls in on a little paddle board type boat in front of Country Country.
