Would rate it 4.5 but because I had the freshest shrimp in Negril I'm leaning towards the five. The grilled shrimp was perfectly seasoned and cooked the right amount of time to maintain the juiciness.
My bf's oxtail was delicious but he felt the rive was undercooked. Also the creme brûlée had a custard (think soft flan) consistency and taste.
Lastly, the place was very much empty and the glaring lights made it appear even more deserted. It felt like the staff was getting ready to wrap it up for the night. A more subdued lightening might make it more inviting and romantic.
