This was our first trip to Jamaica and during our 7 day stay on Seven-Mile Beach, we ate at several restaurants. Shereta's was our favorite 'fancy' night out. My husband ordered the red snapper special and I ordered the grilled lobster with steamed vegies and a baked potato. The lobster was grilled to perfection served with melted butter & minced garlic. The vegies included cauliflower, carrots, peppers and green beans. The potato had more of a flavor of a yam and was served with sour cream. I enjoyed this meal incredibly. The dessert that came with the red snapper special was cheese cake. The portion was small, however the cake was delicious. The topping had the flavor of cherry, but might have been plums? Regardless, my husband and I enjoyed our food very much. Gregory, our waiter, was outgoing and attentive. The wait for our food was appropriate. Gregory checked back with us often through out our meal to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. He even wiped my eye glasses and offered use my camera to take our photo. He even had words to live by. Gregory made us feel special. Overall we had an excellent meal/experience at Sherita's.
PS: There was a comment below on March 4th that the menu said $25 for the grilled lobster but they were charged $30. The menu still says $25, and I was also charged $30. I didn't feel like ruining a great meal over $5, but they really should update their menu.
