Just finishing our week here at Sandals Negril. As I relax on the beach writing this it's sad to think we have to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed everything Sandals has to offer. - food, service, accommodations, great staff, activities and great beach. We also took the opportunity to get our scuba certification and had great fun exploring underwater. The resort is sold out but it doesn't feel crowded at all for loungers, activities or dinner seats. Love how everything is so close to the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Special thanks to The scuba guys, Philip, Emron, Sanjay, Smiley and Hopeton.

Room Tip: We had a room in the Paradise building on the third floor. Although it was a French balcony it was f...

I dont even know where to begin with how much we loved Sandals Negril!!! My husband and I have been to two other Sandals resorts but, this was our first time to Sandals Negril. We have enjoyed all of our Sandals experiences but, this one felt like we were coming home from the second we got into the concierge lounge. We were waiting for our bulter to take us to our room for check in and Shemoy(personal concierge) recoginzed my husband and I from meeting us one time at Sandals Whitehouse last year(talk about a great memory). As soon as we saw Shemoy's friendly face we knew it was going to be an amazing week....

The Room: We were in one of the upstairs Crystal Lagoon butler suites (room #6224). The room is great and spacious and the view is to die for. Great beach area out front to relax and sunbathe all day. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony almost every morning and dinner on our last night. Room service was great, we were able to call the night before for breakfast to set up a time to have it delivered. It was always on time and always perfect! Our last night we had the pleasure of meeting Geoffrey from room service. He brought our dinner and he was so friendly and fun to talk to. We wished we had a chance to meet him earlier but, we are definitely looking forward to seeing him next year :). House keeping was great. Our room was always spotless by the time we got back in the afternoon to relax before dinner. I have to give a special thank you to the sweetest woman. Juliet turned down our room nightly and I have to say she made my nights. I always looked forward to seeing her beautiful smile and get a warm hug. She really is a wonderful person.

The Food: Everything was delicious! We enjoyed all the restaurants but, we did have a few favorites. Kimono's was awesome, we ate there twice. The food was outstanding and the entertainment of our hibachi chefs was so much fun! Paul and Napoleon made our meals the best time. They can sing, dance, cook a great meal and were just all around funny! Rayson was our waiter both times we went and he was always on top of the drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Our other favorite was the Beach Bistro. Perfect place for a quick, relaxed and yummy snack. Big Show was the chef there and he was always in a great mood cooking for so many people at once.

Entertainment: There were some wonderful shows. Don't miss the Silver Birds steel drum band!! Trust me you will regret it if you do. They are absolutely awesome to watch!! We enjoyed the piano bar day and night. During the day you can relax in an open airy lounge area and play games, chill out and get a great drink from Chris (the bartender during the day) he makes the best frozen mojito and was just a very sweet man. Make sure to see the bartender Loy. We got chance to see him mostly at the main pool bar and he is great at what he does! At night the piano bar was our place to be without a doubt. They have a cozy firepit area where we would meet up with a great couple (that have become awesome friends). The bartenders at night were always busy but, Cadane and Donovan were incredible to us each night. Whatever drink we ask for they made it happen. Everyday you will see Willie making sure that the entertainment is top notch! I swear we saw Willie morning, noon and night (don't think he ever leaves...he's the coolest :).

Photographers: You will be asked a few times a day if you would like your picture taken. If you don't no biggie just say no thanks. I would recommend getting some taken because these guys know what they are doing. We had a sunset shoot with the amazing Smiley. His name pretty much sums him up...his smile is infectious and so genuine. We loved the pictures he took for us at sunset. Andrew is another talented photographer. He took these great pictures of us (paparazzi style) which we loved because they were not posed and he just capture moments for us. Devon, T-Bone, and Dale were some of the other outstanding photographers we got a chance to meet and they were all so fun!

Beach Security: Excellent! The Rangers go above and beyond to make sure that you are relax and safe on your vacation. They keep such a great eye on everything. Odain was one of the Rangers we got a chance to talk to almost everyday. All the rangers were great but, Odain would always take a little time to chat with us and make sure everything was going great.

Butlers: Oh my Gosh!!! Perfection! We have had butler service before but, not like this. Basil and Daron are wonderful and so thoughtful. They pretty much read our minds. When we were hunger they would be there with pizza, nachos or some other yummy snack. One day we were caught in a quick downpour and were soaked (and kinda chilled) but, we come back to a hot bubble bath and candles lit. When we were done paddle boarding and super hot we had a cool bubble bath to cool off in. I mean they knew what we wanted before we did! Basil and Daron work together as an amazing team! We have already booked to go back same time next year to see Basil and Daron again and we can't wait!!!

Overall: Just go ahead and book it!! Fabulous property, the best staff, great food what more could you ask for?! If you do travel to Sandals Negril I just ask that you treat our new friends with nothing but, respect because the staff here goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is incredible!!!

Room Tip: If you like a quiet spot I would recomment the Crystal Lagoon butler suites. You are at the end of t...

This is our third visit to Sandals Negril, however first time going in April. We were there April 5th to 12th, 2014. We arrived on a rainy day, but by the time we were shown to our room by our butler and unpacked, the sun was out and we were ready to enjoy our vacation. We never had a butler before, however this year we thought we would take it up a notch as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. We were assigned Denato and Sean and the both of them work as an awesome team. Whenever we had a change of location from poolside to beach they made sure that our needs were met and our lounges and cooler was ready. They escorted us to our reserved dinner spots and made sure we were set up and made comfortable before departing. Not only did we enjoy the luxury of having a butler this trip, but have made some longing friendships with Denato, his wife Theresa who works at the Bella Pizza and is a Bayside server at Sandals. We talked how awesome it would be if the Pizza place would be open into late evening, I think it would be a great hit with the younger guests. Denato and Theresa are a very hard working couple and care about the guests deeply. We will miss them until we return again. Singing Sandra at the main bar is a pure delight and very talented in many ways. She makes a mean Bob Marley shot and is a fabulous singer. Another friend that we will miss so very much. Micheal at the poolside bar and main bar was a complete joy and happy young man, it makes the heart feel good to see people that love their jobs. Chris at the beach side bar during the day, another hard worker and long time employee, always a joy to see him. Fancy our housekeeping lady was a dear to meet and is dedicated to making your needs met and feeling comfortable. Juliette who turned down our bed at night, your a wonderful lady and we were very glad to of met you. The staff at Sandals are all wonderful and they made our stay so very very pleasant and mentioning these names above are just a small number of all the hard workers that aim to make all our visits glorious. When we come to Jamaica we realize we are visitors in your country, but you make us feel as if we have come home each and every time. Every restaurant, Italian (sorry the name escapes me), Barefoot by the Sea, Bayside and the French cuisine, Sundowner and Kimonos, were all fabulous!! We did not have a complaint or regret that we dined at any of these restaurants. The food was simply fabulous, breakfast at the Bayside and even going to the Beach Grill for wings or jerk chicken, everything was simply wonderful. It boggles our mind on how it all gets accomplished and for so many many people day in and day out. We enjoyed the Guest Cocktail party and Returning Guest Appreciation night and even met some new friends that we hope to keep in touch with. So Sandals Negril, you did it once again, we will be returning because we love all of you and a job well done. Laura and Jerry Martin- Stoney Creek, Ontario

Room Tip: We were in room #7203, butler service block and with an Ocean view. Close to the smaller pool and P...

My girlfriend and I arrived in Jamaica for our first time last week and from the moment we arrived at the Montego Bay airport, we knew we were in for a very special holiday. The Sandals reps met us as soon as we exited the customs hall, guided us to their lounge and waited for other guests to arrive. After about 10 minutes, we boarded their bus for the trip to Negril. The journey was made so much more pleasant because of the nice people we met and the fun conversations we all had.

When we arrived at the resort, we had a small problem in that our room we booked (which was the Crystal Lagoon Beachfront one bedroom unit) had a "maintenance issue" so they moved/upgraded us to a lower level room with the swim out pool. While this was a nice gesture to offset the inconvenience, we would have preferred to have our room right away so we could unpack and enjoy the week. That said, it was a small blip in an otherwise perfect stay.

We also had the butler service which was an outstanding experience. The butlers we had, Basile T and Daron, were the most gracious and caring staff we say and ensured they provided us with an exceptional service throughout our stay. Daron even came to our bus to see us off at the end of our holiday, which we thought was a very kind gesture.

From start to finish, we felt the food was outstanding regardless where we ate. I can honestly say that I have had the best steak, the best seafood pasta, the best chicken wrap and the best pizza I have ever had, all at the Sandals Negril resort. I must say that Sandals really knows how to create a great dining experience for us. What made it even better was that we always had seaside tables outside and made for very nice romantic dinners.

The resort itself is laid out perfectly, though the beach can be quite narrow in some spots. Also, we were quite disappointed to find a lot of seaweed in the water off the beach...not something we expected or found written up in any reviews we had read of this resort. To offset the problem, and because we both like to swim in the ocean, we walked over to the Beaches resort (also owned by Sandals) which was about a 25 minute walk away and enjoyed the superb beach, and water conditions. All good.

We met some fabulous people and made new friends while we were there as well which made the holiday even more special.

One last thing to note...on the last night we were there, there was very loud live music (which actually was very good) coming from a party at a nearby property and it kept us awake until 2am. After mentioning this to our butler, we found there was little Sandals could do about it and this was (supposedly) a rare occurrence so be warned if you stay at the Crystal Lagoon building...you may run into the same thing.

All in all, we had a fabulous time (except for the small issues above) and would no doubt recommend this resort to others looking for a similar experience.

Room Tip: Rooms in Crystal Lagoon may hear loud music from nearby properties at times.

Just returned from 4 nights in a Caribbean Honeymoon Beachfront Two Story One Bedroom Butler Suite. First time in Jamaica, first time at a Sandals, second time at an all-inclusive (other was an Excellence in Punta Cana, DR). We had a fabulous time. Here were our impressions, and some of the pros and cons.

The Room: Nothing like the picture. The decor was dated, a bit shabby. Torn cushions, faded fabrics. Lackluster bathroom, and no oversized tub, which was a bummer as we wanted a bubble bath. The bed, however, was enormous, and firm and very comfortable. TV was on both levels (would have been nice if an Ipod dock was on both levels...not to mention running water). The balcony was fantastic with a prime oceanfront location. We loved having our coffee and/or breakfast there every morning. I did enjoy the upstairs loft-like bedroom...it felt very secluded and private. The stairs getting up to it were rickety and uneven...a bit scary when it was the middle of the night and you'd had a few drinks. The charms of the room grew on me, and the AC worked very well, but I really expected a nicer room at this price point. Our room at Excellence was a rock-star worthy suite, at a lower price than this one.

The Food: We are spoiled New Yorkers, and I was relieved that the food was actually pretty good. 5 star? No. But we didn't expect it to be, and it was SO much better than the food at Excellence. Lots of options...fresh veggies and fruit, you can go healthy or not healthy at all. Options to go gluten-free or vegetarian. Cucina Romana was our favorite. The atmosphere at Barefoot is to die for...so romantic. Kimonos was good, particularly for the entertainment factor, but we would have liked some actual sushi, and choice about what we were being served. The breakfast buffet is impressive, and you have to go just to see the resident Peacock strutting his stuff. We were disappointed that lobster was not on the menu anywhere. Isn't luxury supposed to be included? The biggest disappointment was our last night...a rained out beach party and almost all restaurants closed and/or requiring a 24 hour in advance reservation. Lucky us we had a butler and could get room service from Cucina, but really, a "luxury included" vacation should not practically require you to eat at a buffet for dinner one night. The buffet (which was moved inside) didn't even look that appetizing. I did like that the beach cafe served hot, freshly made food into the wee hours of the night. Bela Napoli pizza was very good, we would have loved if that was a late night option as well. The chocolate party was fun...tasty truffles!

Drinks/Bars: Free flowing, and many mid or top-shelf options. I spied Glenlivet 12 year, Johnny Black, a variety of flavors of Stoli, Absolut and Finlandia, Tanqueray, Grand Marnier, etc... The included wines were all mid-level Beringer, and I was fine with that. I also enjoyed the draft Red Stripe Light. If you love frozen drinks, you came to the right place. We tried a "Bob Marley", and I was stunned when the bartender at the Piano Bar made each section of it fresh for me in the blender, and it didn't just come out of a machine. We also loved having a stocked bar and cold drinks in our room. There were plenty of places to grab a drink, and each had a different vibe according to your mood. The Piano Bar was a favorite for us all day, we loved playing pool and relaxing over a board game on the oversized couches when it was raining. At night, it becomes more like a night club, and we hung with new friends in front of an awesome fire pit.

The Beach: Very nicely kept up by staff. Plenty of towels. Lots of shaded areas. Chairs are extremely close together, and the chairs are surprisingly cheap - plastic, un-cushioned, not very comfy - we expected nicer lounge chairs at this price. The water was not the crystal turquoise blue we had anticipated from the photos, maybe that was due to weather? The water was calm though, and nice to swim in. It does feel a bit like you are in a boat parking lot...so many Sandals excursion boats are parked right there, and you weren't permitted to swim out very far because of it. We would have preferred a cabana, but there are only 4, and they were all booked. At the Excellence, they were included every day with Concierge level.

The Pools: We aren't pool people, only went in once to use the swim up bar. I think if we were pool people, however, we would have been disappointed, as they are very small. They did get the nicer lounge chairs, though!

Service: Excellent! Such friendly people! Sandals should really be proud of the staff at this property...it was one of the nicest things about our stay.

Entertainment: Not enough reggae! Its Jamaica, Mon! We watched some dancers one night, and the opera singer (who sang standards and practically no opera, but was very good). The shows at Excellence were much grander and flashier.

The Spa: Absolutely fantastic. 5 star. Gifted technicians. Worth every penny.

The property: Beautifully kept. Lots of fun little nooks and crannies to wile away the day in. Different atmospheres to suit your mood.

Security: Excellent. I felt like the resort was well monitored, and they do a good job of only allowing a select few local vendors on the beach. As you leave the property to take a walk, they get all your info...makes you feel like if you disappeared, they'd come looking for you.

Excursions: We did none. We did take the 40 minute walk to Beaches, which was a fun walk. It was a nice option that you could pop over to a different resort for lunch. I was a bit overheated, and the cab ride back was $5. There is poor communication regarding a free shuttle between the 2 resorts...it doesn't exist anymore, but we only learned that once we got there.

The Butlers: This was the most confusing part of our stay when it comes to how to rate our experience. Our team, whom I will not name, consisted of one great butler, and one who was obviously overworked and over us. The good points: Reserved, prime beach chairs. Cooler with beverages on the beach (well, from the good butler...the other never brought it). Ability to get room service from any restaurant (this saved us on "beach party" night). Some surprise snacks and treats delivered to us or waiting in our room. Spa and dinner reservations taken care of. Items we needed delivered to our room. The bad points: They both seemed to always be in a rush to get away from us, like they really had a lot of guests to take care of. We learned after a day that you really had to have a list in your head of what you wanted to ask them, so that you could run it down when you saw them. The "not-so-great" butler checked us into our room as he explained to us that he couldn't get us into Kimonos for dinner, and that he was at the near-end of a double shift, and did we know that the resort is non-tipping, but butlers should be tipped? We had filled out the form in advance detailing what we'd like in our bar and fridge. On arrival, it had not been adhered to at all. We had to ask 3 times for club soda and limes before we got them. Our bar glasses were never restocked, and when we asked for a new set, we only got half a set. Over all, I would get Butler service again, but only because there are things that you just can't get without one, not really because we felt "pampered".

Would we stay at a Sandals again? Yes. I do think that its generally a good value, and I am curious how the others compare. I think the people who complain that they expected it to be a true 5 star resort don't understand how expensive an actual 5 star resort would be...but then again, perhaps Sandals should not bill themselves as such.

Just a great place overall. Clive was our concierge and he was just awesome. My only complaints: We had a room directly across from the italian restaurant at ground level. While our room was very convenient to the beach, we did experience quite a bit of noise. The noise died down around 11pm so really not that big of a deal. The real noise issue was nature...something in the bushes makes a "beeping" noise all night. I guess ya can't control nature though. Again, just a mild annoyance. The room itself was clean and fine for the time we spent in it but the bathroom was rather small and not well-lit. Again, no biggie. The restaurants are all good. Our favorite was the italian restaurant but we enjoyed the experience at each of them. The breakfast buffet is killer. It comes complete with endless mimosas and a resident peacock that puts on a beautiful display every morning. Beach is awesome. TIP: If you don't opt for the butler service, set your alarm for 5:30am, get out to the beach and claim your spot! If you get out there after 7:30, all the spots will be taken. There are lots of activities and you can do as many as you like or none at all. I cannot say enough about the service. Every single Sandals staff member treated us like family. By the end of our 6-day stay, we got hugs at breakfast. Nothing pairs with a mimosa like a hug. Lol. Anywho...the place rocks overall. Be prepared for an 1.5 hour transfer from Mobay airport to Sandals Negril. The ride is quite a tour in itself. Enjoy!

This was our first time to a Sandals Resort and Jamaica, and we loved every minute of it (just about... but we will get to that last minute at the end of our review).

ARRIVAL: We arrived in Jamaica on-time and ready to relax. Going through Jamaican customs was not an issue, but if you reserve the Mobay Lounge for your arrival, you will be escorted to the front of the customs line (which can be lengthly) and processed through quickly. After customs, we quickly located our luggage and we were greeted by a pre-reserved taxi we booked in advance (based on the reviews we weren't certain of the shuttle). We waited at the Groovy Grouper (just outside the airport doors) and enjoyed some Red Stripe Beer while our taxi driver located the other two patrons we were to share the cab with. Once the driver corralled the other two patrons, we were on our way. After two sweaty hours, and two stops (the last stop was at a gas station literally two minutes from the Sandals Resort), we finally made it! If we had to do it all over again, we would purchase the Mobay Lounge pass and take the air conditioned Sandals shuttle!

CHECK-IN: The taxi driver unloaded our luggage, we were escorted upstairs to check-in with Club Sandals (we had a concierge suite so I think that separated us from the others. The butler suite patrons were taken to their rooms to complete their check-in process). We were asked to sign a couple of legal forms (standard) and confirm our method of starting a financial tab. NOTE: If you have a credit card, you will be asked to record it on file so you can make purchases throughout the resort and charge it to your room (you'll settle up when you check-out). If you have a debit card (like we did), you will be asked to record it on file but you will only have a $100 credit towards your room. Ideally, you should only have to record your debit/credit card number once, but we found out we had to see the concierge a couple of times to get it straightened out. After, a couple of trips to the concierge everything was good to go. After we completed our check-in, we were escorted to our room and told our luggage would arrive soon.

THE ROOM: We booked a ground level concierge room, with a walk out to the beach, and we loved it! The room came with a queen sized bed, fully stocked refrigerator (water, juice, beer, and soda), a very nice bathroom, and one helluva awesome view. Just as we were in awe, the subtle doorbell rang (yes doorbell), and in came the friendly porter with our luggage. We quickly unpacked our luggage, changed into our bathing suites, and hit the beach. NOTE: if you're not used to Celsius degrees, make sure you convert to Fahrenheit degrees because the air conditioner only uses Celsius degrees. Also, the doorbells are lit... either green (service the room please), red (do not disturb) or off and you control the lighting, so ask where the switch is located when you arrive in your room.

THE BEACH: The sand is very soft and the water has very gentle waves that will caress and lull you into relaxation. The water is a truly beautiful turquoise blue and very clear. We did experience some sand flea bites, so come prepared. The Jamaican sun is very unforgiving, so bring SPF 50 and apply frequently or you will get burned if you do not have a good base tan already. There are local vendors that troll the beach and the water, but Sandals security is extremely attentive and will ensure you are not bothered if you don't want to be. Besides, a sincere "no thank you" is only typically needed. If you want to secure some lawn chairs on the beach, you'd better get up early (~6-7 am) so you can lay down your towel, magazine, water, book, etc. on the chairs. They do go very quickly, and if you're lucky enough to score a pool float you can lay on, bonus! Lastly, you're about a 35-40min walk to the Beaches resort, and you'll leave your names with the Sandals guard (at the end of the Sandals property) and check-in with the Beaches guards (at the beginning of the Beaches property). You will pass some local vendors along the way, and again a sincere "no thank you" will typically suffice.

THE RESTAURANTS:
Barefoot by the Sea - An awesome restaurant where you dine on the beach. Delicious breakfast!

Bayside - Buffets in the morning and afternoon, and elegant dinner some nights. Julene is very bubbly and an excellent server. Princess will lead you to some of the best wine in the house (additional cost for wine from the cellar, but house wine 'Beringers' is free of charge). Keep an eye out for the birds and cats who will either look for a handout, or dine on your unguarded plate. There is a peacock who will meet you here for breakfast and dinner. Dress shorts and shirts are acceptable to wear here, as well as your bathing suit (covered up).

Beach Bistro - A nice little area to enjoy a continental breakfast or quick lunch. Again, watch out for the cats and birds. Very casual attire is acceptable.

Bella Napoli Pizzeria - Absolutely delicious pizza that is piping hot. You can place your order and come back to pick it up and take it to the beach, your room, etc.

Cucina Romana (Italian) - Reservation required, so as soon as you arrive make your reservations! The food here is absolutely delicious and the view is spectacular. Christopher is an amazing, and very humorous, waiter! Again, watch out for the cats here. Dress short and shirts are acceptable to wear here.

Kimonos (Japanese) - Reservation required, so as soon as you arrive make your reservations! You'll dine as a party of 8, and if you've ever been to a Japanese steak house, you'll be right at home here. Dress pants and shirts are acceptable attire to wear here.

Sundowner - Get the tenderloin! Again, great food and service. Dress pants and shirts are acceptable attire to wear here.

THE POOLS: There is a pool, near the main entrance, that has the swim up bar and features water volleyball from time to time. If you looking for the younger crowd, or a power drinker, this is your spot. There is a second pool near the Sundown restaurant. The is a smaller/quieter pool, near a bar, that typically attracts a more mature generation.

THE SPA: We reserved our massage ocean side and loved it. The masseuses are very talented and focused. We also went to the spa for additional treatments, and loved it, too!

THE PHOTOGRAPHERS: There are plenty of photographers throughout Sandals, and all of them are very talented, professional, with a great sense of humor. Most of our pictures were taken by Andrew, "No Fail" Dale, and Keron. These guys are rock-stars and you will not be disappointed!

THE KOOL KAT KITTY: We booked the sunset excursion that stopped by Rick's Cafe and Margaritaville. This was an awesome ride on a beautiful sea, but be forewarned... if it is windy, the boat will rock and your swim to Rick's Cafe will be an Olympic feat! Bring a waterproof bag if your going to make the swim and want to take pictures at Ricks. The crew is beyond amazing and professional. Wayne will make sure your glass does not go empty, and Travees is your go-to-guy on the boat/in the water (he is about 100lbs, and strong as an Ox!)! Travees keeps everyone safe throughout the trip, and on hell of a life guard!

CANDLELIGHT DINNER BEACHSIDE: We pre-reserved our beachside candlelight dinner before our arrival to ensure we would have the day and time of our choosing (6pm on our anniversary). a little after 6pm, we called to make sure we weren't late or missing our reservation because we had not heard from any Sandals employees who were supposed to pick us up in our room and escort us to the location. We were told they were running a bit behind and would be at our room to pick us up shortly. At 6:30pm, we saw Princess and she said she would help us find our dinner location. As we made our way we noticed the sun was just about set, so our chance for sunset photos was gone! Princess quickly took us to our location and introduced us to Tanishia. Tanishia was very sincere, professional, apologetic and informed us they were running behind because of a manager's meeting. This reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry reserves a rental car, but none are available when he arrives. The weather did not cooperate, so we were quickly relocated to a nearby cabana for our candlelight dinner seaside. Tanishia poured our champagne and then went to get our appetizers. Upon her arrival, she elegantly served us and asked how everything was going. We shared a short conversation about our family and hers, and life on the island. The suddenly, my wife feels something jump into her lap and then jump off. Thinking it's a frog (we re seaside after all), she quickly dismisses the intrusion and we carry on our lovely conversation with Tatinisha. Now my wife feels, something crawl up her leg and into her lap. Figuring it is possibly a cat looking for a snack, she looks down to be surprised it's a rat! Startled by the rodent, she yells out and quickly stands up as the rat made his getaway. Tanishia saw the rat and was very apologetic, and said she needed to report the incident to management immediately. We decide to lift the table cloths up and place some candles on the floor of the cabana, in hopes this would dissuade the rodent. To no avail, we begin to enjoy our appetizers when my wife is bitten by the rat! We decided to call it a night, and make our way to the Nurse's Station for treatment (the bite had pierced her skin and there was some blood drawn). The nurse (who arrived 15min later) was very helpful, and Princess had already arranged for us to continue our dinner at Cucina Romana. At 8:30pm, we had to dismiss ourselves from dinner so we could make it to the Photo Shop (which closes at 9pm) in order to pick out the photos from our trip. Luckliy, Christopher kept our table for us and made sure we had a delicious hot meal upon our return.

BOTTOM LINE: We love Sandals and we will certainly return! Didn't mind the cats, despised the rat, loved the rum!
