I rate this place high - Murphy and Tony are amazing in the kitchen. Do not go if you want to sit down, order, get your food and get on your way. This is more of a whole evening activity - but if you go with the flow and connect with M&T, you will have a blast and a fantastic meal!

This was our best meal of the week. It is a small place with only a few tables and very laid back and relaxing. The presentation of the food was as good as you will see in any 5 star restaurant with flavor to match for a portion of the price. Murphy was very friendly, provided great service.

We arrived at Murphy's behind a huge group, so our food took its time getting to us. But everyone was really nice and Murphy was talking to us through the kitchen window while he had about 10 pans on the burner! Very friendly people. We were sent complimentary festival and dessert as out food took a long time to come out. Everything was tasty and fresh. I had the fried snapper with a tangy sauce on top. All of the entrees came with a side of fruit. Papayas in our case.

Getting there is pretty simple, esp by taxi. Everyone knows Murphy's. We had our taxi guy fro our resort(Spa retreat) drop us and come pick us up when we called. I would recommend this , esp when you go for dinner. Best to go with someone from a trust worthy source during the night
As a side note, we also went to Ivans at Catch a Falling Star. I would say that was a much better experience than Murphys , esp because of the view(sunset) and the food. I felt Murphy used some pre packaged sauces etc...Don't know if this is the case always or just because it was a busy night. Don't get me wrong. It is a really good restaurant but if you are looking for the whole package, ambiance, service and food then Ivan's would be a better choice.
