This was my 3rd trip to Negril. For me, the highlight of the trips was being able to walk along 7 mile beach, interact with the locals and other tourists and relax. That was far more challenging this time as a great deal of the beach in some locations has been washed away. It had been easy to walk without getting wet, but now, the only way to go end to end is to do a little wading.
Having said that, there are still long stretches of walkable beachfront. I'll go back because it is just too nice to miss.
