Our time at the Treehouse was outstanding from beginning to end. We were greeted upon arrival by the most friendly professional staff. The resort is intimate and simply beautiful. The beach is one of the best. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and very home like. The owner Gail Biggs Jackson Brooks has a hands on approach and makes sure that everything is to her liking. I don't want to leave out how great the food was everything was delicious. It is a very safe and the security is visible making sure that you are not bothered by vendors. This was my third time there and I will definitely be returning

Room tip: Loved the rooms facing the beach

The room is small for the price. The grounds was nice but compared to rival hotels I expected more for the price. I guess the swings located all over the proper in front of every room is one of the highlight but for the price not worth it honestly

I finally got a chance to visit and stay at the Negril TreeHouse Resort this past weekend. I was last in Negril in 2014 and stayed at a large, all-inclusive resort. My time there was no where near the good time I had at the Treehouse. By the end of my stay here, I was upset with myself for not planning a longer visit. Upon check-in I was welcomed as if I had been here before. I apologize I don't remember any of the ladies names, but they were very friendly and obliging. The man handling the luggage took me to our room and in a professional manner showed me the features of our suite. We were located right at the beach. Perfect! The food in the beach restaurant was fresh and delicious. I had the escoveitch fish two nights in a row; my friends were very satisfied with the shrimp meals they ordered. The resort is small enough to create an intimate, home-like feel. I was in a suite with my two traveling buddies. The murphy beds in our suite were very comfortable. The suite included a full refrigerator, a stainless steel sink, a two burner stove, and a microwave. Cooking was not in my plans, but it was a nice perk for anyone wanting such a feature. We also had two full bathrooms, a must for three females sharing the suite. From the parking lot, to the lobby, along the walkways leading to the rooms, the entire grounds was clean. Even the beach was free of debris, from one end to the other. Though you will see vendors on the beach, the security staff ensured you are not "pestered." You can relax and enjoy your stay at the Negril Treehouse Resort. Mrs. Gail Biggs Jackson Brooks is the most hospitable establishment owner I have ever encountered. She is approachable and accommodating. Should you have the pleasure of meeting her, you will most likely agree with me. She's been in this business for a long time. She knows how to make you feel welcome, even down to providing you with First Class entertainment. I will be back and it won't take me four years to return to the Treehouse.

Room tip: Suite C offered easy access to the beach, restaurant, and lobby.

I loved my experience at the Negril Tree House Resort. The view from the suites and access to the beach were amazing. The restaurant serves delicious drinks and the jerk chicken kabobs were outstanding! Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Negril Treehouse Resort was everything I needed it to be. The staff was sweet, smiling at every approach. The property is beautiful with fruit trees, flower bushes and other tropical plants. The room was comfortable and clean. I love that you are literally steps from the beach. They provide towels too! The breakfast is awesome. I’m not a big breakfast eater but my bestie and I made sure to get up, go and enjoy it every day. The bar on the beach is fully stocked with many many drink choices. Chef Allan is situated right on the beach as well cooking the BEST fresh jerk chicken & pork, rice & peas, and salad you’ve ever had. We tried to convince ourselves that we wanted to eat elsewhere, but couldn’t. We plopped down at the grill four out of the five days we were there! The food was delicious!!!! While on the beach, which was spacious and had security, as women, we felt safe. For me, the best part of our stay is the cocktail hour which was on a Saturday. They have a live band, rum punch, jello shots, popcorn, and other small bites all served while you enjoy the entertainment. The real treat is Chef Allan grabbing the mic and blessing the audience with song! It was a welcoming touch. It really made us feel the staff appreciated us staying there. There is no questions that my desire to come back to Jamaica is because of the hospitality and the accommodations at Negril Treehouse. Not to mention, it has reasonable rates. Even with that being said, the amenities exceeded the cost. I will definitely stay there on my next visit(s). I will NOT consider staying anywhere else!
