We stayed at the Negril Tree House from Oct 21-Oct 25 during our honeymoon. We had a great time. The rooms were clean; airconditioning worked great. Housekeeping was great and the swings on the porch were an awesome touch! All the staff was great and very friendly. Ralston makes an awesome Dirty Banana - make sure to try one if you visit. They were the best!! The food was excellent & not overpriced at all. You can't beat the value you get at this resort. It's not all inclusive but with the price of the rooms and the low cost of the food, you can come out ahead for sure. Plus it's smaller than all those big all inclusive hotels, closer to the beach, and there were always seats available on the beach & at the pool. No having to get up early to claim your spot. It was nice to be able to walk up and down the beach and visit some of the other local bars & restaurants as well; they're right next to Margaritaville and tons of other spots. We tried lots of places but still think the Tree House had the best food. And it's the closest bar to the beach you'll find. You can also catch a taxi from here for cheap; they always have someone ready to take you somewhere. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Negril. Shout out to Ralston, Kerry Ann, Karen, Kay and all the rest of the staff for making our honeymoon so special. You guys are the best!

Room Tip: Oceanfront doesn't matter much because you probably won't be in your room a lot; we had a sm...

My friend and I stayed at the Treehouse using a Livingsocial deal. The breakfast was amazing! The grounds are well kept and staff was there to assist in every way possible. Our first room had bugs in it from the flowers placed on the bed, they changed our room with no problems. The beds are hard so I would recommend bringing extra blankets to sleep on. My last day was the best day. Trevor gave me a tour and not just any tour, more of a history lesson. He made me feel so at ease and at home. I would visit and stay here again for Trevor alone! ... THANKS!!

In the middle of the 7 mile beach with everything you could want. Chilled on the Treehouse beach with no hassles from the vendors. Fantastic buffet style breakfast with an omelet station was included. We don't often get this fresh food back home! Really nice staff. So comfortable. 5 stars for hospitality!!

October 18th -22nd. I arrived to the airport and Kenny Tours transported me to Negril. I was greeted by the front desk and walked to my room. We stayed in a suite which had two bathrooms and an extra bed in other room. The weather was great and the hotel was located next to Margaritaville, and close to the club The Jungle and downtown. Daily Breakfast was included and was phenomenal. I participated in several activities; paddle boat with Ms. Gale was a great experience. Ms. Gale also threw a happy hour social for the guest. My only complaint was the sun flies-mosquitoes! Remember to pack spray. Security did a good keeping the locals away. I’m in my mid 20’s and felt safe at all times with the Negril Tree House resort.

It was an amazing trip and truley a romantic get away for my husband and I. The resort was clean, beautiful gardens, AC, flat screen TV, right on the beach and included a huge breakfast brunch which was slightly different every day. For b-fast we had omelettes, waffles, fresh fruit, breads, cakes, fresh greens, chicken, salt fish, bacon, and more! The staff was super friendly and very accomadating. We had everything we hoped for and more. The pool was gorgeous and was right next to the bar so you could swim up with a delicious daquiri always fresh and never from a mix. The restaurant served great food and the jerk shack was always good- plus the guy working it calls everyone "Hollywood" and sings Lionel Ritchie songs for you which was very entertaining. We can't wait to go back! We had an amazing couple's massage on the beach and cannot ever remember feeling more relaxed. Gail, the owner was very personal and helpful. She is obviously doing something VERY right.

Room Tip: The gardens are so lovely- I think all the rooms must be of outstanding quality. The suites are g...

We arrived 10-10-12 and left on 10-14-12. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning worked great. Vendors were accessible. Security on site 24/7. Security also on beach to keep away aggressive vendors. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Guides and taxis available at hotel for safe transportation to the city, restaurants, and atm's. We were taken to atm machines and the guides made sure that we were able to use them safely even at night time. The food was awesome. Free breakfast buffet every morning.

We arrived on Oct. 4th to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was wonderful. We were picked up from the Montego Bay airport by Kenny's Travel. We were using a voucher from Living Social so airport transfers were included. The moment we arrived at the resort we were treated like family. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was quaint but very, very clean. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels that were not as clean. The beach was beautiful and the ocean was beautiful. Breakfast was prepared daily, so we were full until dinner. Taxis were expensive, but to play it safe we used the taxi service offered by the hotel. Both of the hotel drivers, Trevor and Clive, were friendly and made great suggestions on where to eat and visit. We enjoyed the local tourist attractions, Town Square and Ricks. On our last night we had a romantic dinner at The Rock, it was well worth the visit. Dinner at Treehouse was not very appealing, so I do not recommend it. Instead there is a great place next door to Treehouse and several really good places on the beach. Back to the staff, Jermaine (the bellman) and the waitress staff were excellent. Every time they encountered us at the resort they wanted to be sure we were OK and asking if we needed anything. I had a massage on the beach by Sherry, it was excellent. Just the experience of having a massage on the beach was exhilarating. I did not invest in the tours or the glass boat rides. Instead we spent our 5days on the beach, visiting downtown Negril, and finding places to eat. This is a great place to visit and as stated earlier the staff is exceptional. There were earlier reviews about the people who hassle you on the beach but with a simple no they move on. After 5 days and 4 nights, it was hard to leave. Our trip to the airport was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who plans to travel to Negril. This is our new found hideaway and where we plan to celebrate future anniversaries. Going in the off season was a great added benefit because there were no crowds.

Cons, no refrigerator in the room and taxi rides are expensive

Room Tip: If you can get an ocean view that would be highly recommended. The AC was noisy but functioning.
