We go in February, the dry season, and the fareways are a little dry. Great caddies...listen to them especially on the greens, and ask for Sheldon, Megan, or Sharon...they know the course.

Lots of hills and dog legs. Some water. Narrow fairways on some holes and if you shag your ball out of bounds, you likely will never see it again. The caddies help a lot and seem to know the course well. Good fun.!

course was ok. $57/18 holes. had to rent clubs and caddie($25 and $14). It's recommended that you rent a cart($35) because the course is hilly. Standard tipping practice is $20/18 holes. Our caddies, stephen and neville were pretty good and pretty friendly and provided great information both about each hole and Jamaica in general. After totaling the cost for the experience, I recommend that you save your money for something else and wait to golf when you get home.

2 winter trips for golf to Jamaica and 6 rounds at Negril Hills.. couldnt get away from Negril Hills on 1st trip because the course was fun and challenging and as a fairly new golfer I personally LOVED the pointers and tips from caddies, mainly my coach was Meagan, who is an extremely kind and personable profesional..! I also had GREAT Fun with Her, Renardo, and Deine, there were a few others around with my group of 3, all nice, fun and helpful.. I also met Donette who runs the drink cart and is very nice and personable as well..
Fun, Hilly course- Great people!!. Thanks Meagan!, my game has improved!
