“Refreshing and natural”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

Eight of us went there. Very relaxing with very nice people. Enjoyed the water and the natural exfoliation from the minerals. Worth the trip. I have been 22 times to Negril and first time to this spot. I would go back.

“Hidden Gem - for now”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

We were looking for an alternative to the big tourist trap sites, and the Irie Blue Hole was exactly that! We were literally the only people there until just before we were leaving.

Omar was our guide, he started off by showing us some large cliff dives, it was impressive. Then we went down to the first waterfall and climbed through a passage in the rock to swim underneath it. After that we climbed up the waterfall and walked in the stream feeding it, and kept climbing through several waterfalls, swimming in the pools as we went. Omar took lots of pictures with our camera as well. The natural beauty of this area blew us away. On our way back down, we jumped off some of the falls into the pools, and had a great time. Back at the bottom, they took us to a lower section with a large pool. Here there was a cliff dive that they encouraged you to take, I'm horrible at estimating but it might have been 20 ft. They had set up a rope swing from the waterfall feeding that pool that was a lot of fun. Here they encouraged us to just swim around in the pool and take as many swings as we wanted. They made us feel like we could stay all day swimming in that area.

The water was a gorgeous blue, the scenery was amazing, and we couldn't have had more fun! Highly recommended, A++.

“AMAZING”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

Our tour guide "Rusty" brought us here. It was wonderful. A colour of water the like's I'd never seen before. So fresh and refreshing. Swimming behind waterfalls, hiking. The guys who "work" there, just for tips is my understanding, are incredible. They take your cameras and take pics of you throughout the tour. They hold your hands as they guide you through the hike.

Word of advice, bring water shoes - they will save your feet!

It is worth the time! friendly people are awesome there! blue hole, 25 feet jump, made your day! :) We all felt safe to jumped in the blue hole because we had four lifeguards, if anything happens to us and they would do something so fast than you thought so.

“Quiet”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

Blue Hole is a very quiet and relaxing place. My friends and I spent a few hours one day there. We did not jump in the 'hole" itself but we did swim in the mineral pool. There is also a bar and they are in the process of building a hotel.
