First time on holiday without the kids so we did different excursions! This was really good - didn't know so many varieties of pineapples. Tasted so many different fruits straight from the trees and looked at the coffee plantation. Lunch at the top - tropical storm whilst up there - really exciting! Worth doing - take insect repellent though!

Who would of known that so many varieties of pineapples existed! This plantation offers the ability to discover the many fruits- honey and coffee production found on the plantation! A great way to taste Jamaica at it's very best!!! Don't forget the great meal offered at the end of the tour! Thank-you!

This was a great tour over all. We docked on our cruise ship in Montego Bay. We wanted to take an excursion that would drive us through the countryside so we could actually see how people lived away from the tourist areas. The roads are terrible glad someone else was driving lol. We went through several distinct towns. The tour guide was great. The ac in the bus didn't work so we had the windows open (hot). The plantation was beautiful we walked around and saw different types of fruit and coffee growing and sampled some right off the trees. Then they prepared a nice jerk chicken and I had some Red Stripe Jamaican Beer. The owner was there and we met ,spoke ,and took pictures with him. I really enjoyed the tour. The only thing I didn't like was that every one expects to be tipped. The driver, guide, cooks at the plantation.

This tour was fabulous. Troy our driver was top-notch and handled the winding roads very well. I don't recall the name of the wonderful lady that led the tour, but she was fantastic. Our group was small - 9 and we were able to see and taste so much. There is nothing like tasting a banana or a pineapple picked that day. The lunch was okay - no wow factor. You are given free coffee but have to buy soda or water - that should have been included at lunch. You are given ginger beer drink and pineapple skin juice along the tour. This tour is a great tour and off the regular tourism scene. It is laid back and nice 1 1/2 hour drive so that you can see the REAL JAMAICA. A true gem of tours and a wonderful way to experience the culture and inland Jamaica. A must for those not interested in the hip scene. A bit of walking so be prepared and where sturdy shoes - no flip flops or sandals as there are grassy areas where bugs hide and if it rains the soil is very moist.

Croydon Plantation is a wonderful attraction. It's an adventure driving through the mountian side. Seeing the way many Jamaicians live. Winston was our guide and he was most enjoyable and informative with his knowledge of plants and fruits. The tastings were great along the way. Even the rain that came along didn't dampen our spirits. We had fun and finished up the tour to an amazing lunch. I would highly recommend this attraction.
