I was able to book this on the phone with an agent, and everything was done. The confirmation was faxed to me. We had transport pick us up and return us to the hotel. They interacted with us on the bus and gave us history of Jamaica. I had contacted other companies selling excursions, but this one was the best!

We were a little leery of booking an excursion outside of our cruise line but we really wanted to return to Sandals Mo Bay after honeymooning there 28 years ago. Island Routes took great care of us. They picked us up right on time (slightly confusing as to where to meet them at the port in Falmouth but we found them quickly), safely and comfortably transported us to and from the resort and most importantly, got us back to the ship on time! They were very professional and we would use them again without question!

This is a great trip to do, worthwhile on a lot of counts, both for the kids at the school and for yourselves to see what Sandals is doing to help the community. On the day we went we were taken to the Leanora Morris Early Childhood & pre School. We were greeted by lovely little girls throwing themselves at us! The age range was from 2 - 6 , and they are all so cute! My husband and I worked with 4 kids (and a couple of ones that kept coming to have a look) they were all aged 6 , very energetic, Omah, Sean, Shenille, and another little girl who was so quite we couldn't hear her name. But we got some activities done, had great fun with the letter tiles, getting them to do their names, it was funny seeing them grabbing as many tiles as they could to start with , then they swooped about and shared. If you do go on this trip please take some books, or any other equipment it is very greatly received, and if you take candy, give to the kids at the end! They are energetic enough!! Thank you Sandals for a great and memorable experience.

Was really looking forward to this trip, as we had stayed at Sandals Negril two years ago. We were picked up from our Hotel the Sandals Royal Caribbean on time, and by a large comfortable tour bus, the tour guy was Dalton and the bus driver Rooster. I must say without Dalton & Rooster the trip would have been more disappointing, we stopped on the way at a bar to have a toilet break, which really just an opportunity for them to sell you a drink or tshirt etc, Dalton gave a talk on Patois, and history of Jamacia etc which was interesting. Then onto Negril, for lunch, and we were going to walk along the beach, but it started to rain, and didn't stop, Dalton came around and it was decided that we would leave, originally he told us we were going to Margaritaville, which was more than ok with everyone, but it was busy so we went up to some shops, told only to go into four of them, not the ones across the street, we spent 30 mins here, we did not go in the shops at all. Then Margaritaville for a whole 10 mins! We had to take our drinks on the bus, then to Time Square shopping mall, which was really good, we should have just gone there in the first place! And the shops were cheaper than at the other place so people were annoyed that they had bought more expensive stuff. I accept that our afternoon was messed up with the rain but it could have been done better. Then off we went again, the bus stopped at a craft stall, not one person got off the bus! So off to the caves bar, driving right past Ricks Cafe, apparently the jerk was good , but drinks expensive, and zero atmosphere! So we took a walk down to Ricks for some entertainment- and cheaper drinks! Unfortunatly it is obvious that they take you places they get some kind of kick back from, and not the best places (except Time Square Plaza) we enjoyed Ricks Cafe the most of our day, and that was our doing! On the way home Dalton was entertaining, we did a quiz about all the stuff he told us this morning! By the way the only ones jumping off the cliffs where the tour bus goes are the people on the bus, and they give the impression it's the local on the tour sheet, if you go to Ricks you get to see the locals jump.

We had an amazing time. The horses practically rode themselves, we were a little worried because 3 out of the 4 in my group had never been on a horse but those horses made us look like pros. The staff was very professional and friendly; they took the time to talk with us and to take pictures along the ride, very accommodating to what we wanted. The rise in the ocean was unbelievable, so much fun. We truly enjoyed this tour. A big thank you to all the guys there and Ray the bus driver, you really made our experience unforgettable.
