Sam Sharpe Square is in town with the locals. I went late at night and got a personal history lesson on Sam Sharpe while drinking Appleton and Ting.

Saw this in the heart of Montego Bay! Not a lot of parking, kind of a roundabout area, but history at your finger tips! Sam Sharpe was as Baptist Minister who helped lead Jamaican slaves in a peaceful rebellion that turned violent. Mo'By Cicic Center and some other stuff was there... As you walk what we perceived as "Downtown", Sam Sharpe Square was a cool stop!

The place is in the heart of the town. Historical. Not much else to see.
They could do alot more to beautify the area. No one seems to care much to promote this spot so that it attracts visitors. Shame, really.

A lovely spot to stop for an hour or two and reap the history of Jamaica. Very interesting.
