Wanting to try Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork, we went to The Pork Pit. Parking is at a premium but our taxi driver found a spot and stayed with us throughout lunch. The place is small and the lines long but the wait is more than worth it. Ordering is either 1/4, 1/2, or whole chicken/pork/sausage. Once you order and pay, you head outside with your receipt to the 'pit' where the food is being barbequed. The smell will make your mouth water. Dining is at picnic tables, which are usually full. I would make a special trip to The Pork Pit when in Montego Bay, to soak up some local culture and to eat some excellent food.
