We love going to the National Park in Guadeloupe. The area is kept very natural and the hiking trails are well-marked and not too hard. Remember to bring proper foot wear as the trails can be muddy if it has been raining. Hiking sticks are also a good idea. There are no bathroom or food facilities, so come prepared! Bug spray is also a good idea as there can be mosquitoes. We have always found the hikes there very pleasant and tranquil.
