Another good place to have a walk and spot birds, toilet facility's but nothing else, parking free and place for you to eat your lunch.

Came across this by accident and were really impressed. It's a nature reserve based around a raised bog which on the face of it doesn't sound great but it's laid out a raised walk way which means that it's wheel chair or young child compatible. Also it doesn't matter how much it rains as it will always be dry (important in this part of the world!)

There is a free car park with toilets but no other facilities although the town of Tregaron is only 5 minutes away. If you're going there, look up Cafe Hafan.

As a wheelchair user I was very impressed with the boardwalk at Cors Caron. At over one and half miles long it allowed me extensive and easy access into an area of special scientific interest and to a bird watch. We also saw a red kite overhead and the sun was so a very enjoyable afternoon.

A brilliant boardwalk out into the bog. Abundant wildlife and brilliant views. We were very lucky to spot an otter, a memorable moment

A really well kept historical geological natural environment with wonderful boardwalks giving access to the bog areas and a spectacular hide with panoramic viewing of an area abundant with wild life and plant species and information boards throughout! The river walk is subject to closure from time to time due to flooding and the boggy area walk requires proper footwear! The whole is bordered on the roadside with the Ystwyth trail which is also open to cylcing.! We had four wonderful hours here at this "Tregaron Bog"....... walking and watching and wandering and wondering.......splendid day out!!
