This restaurant offers good food, a great vibe on sunday with live music and a perfect setting by the beach with sun beds available for hire and good snorkelling on the reef. The only issue remains the service - slow service is acceptable in Grenada but the poor staff training at the Aquarium lets both the staff and the customers down. Simple improvements would be - engage in eye contact with your customers - never walk past a table with dirty plates etc but clear them in as you go - when serving at the bar do one thing at a time, don't serve another customer when you are half way through an order, concentrate on the customer you have. A few management improvements with better staff training could greatly improve this restaurant and fulfil it's true potential.
